African adventure
Grammi and Gramps (Genelle and Paul A.) Robishaw took their family on an African safari this summer. The Robishaw family stayed in two camps in the Okavango Delta in Botswana and another camp in Zimbabwe near Victoria Falls. The grandsons learned about African wildlife and culture, along with photography. They spotted elephants, cheetahs, giraffes, lions, impala, buffaloes, warthogs, baboons, hippos, crocodiles, hyenas, beautiful birds and more. Their favorite animal was the wild dog. They rode on game drives, flew in a helicopter over the Okavango Delta, fished, took a river-boat ride at sunset, toured Victoria Falls, fed and petted elephants, learned about African culture at a nearby village, and went on a morning walk with Sylvester, the cheetah. The family is pictured at Chitabe Lediba Camp in Botswana. Pictured (from left) are Paul A. (Gramps), Genelle (Grammi), Sam, Ben, P. Christopher, Lauren, Kristi and Paul B. Robishaw.
