Start spreading the news – the MHS Varsity Cheerleaders are performing in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade this November! To help raise money for the trip, as well as for travel fees, training, and other cheer activities, they kicked off the school year with a car wash on Saturday, Sept. 2. The cheerleaders spent the morning washing cars from 9 a.m.-1 p.m.
They will also be selling MHS fan gear, including stainless steel cups, stadium blankets, shirts, sweats, and more, to help offset some of the costs.
