Supporters of the Houston Ballet gathered at the new Balthazar Cellars to kick off the 2019 Houston Ballet Ball, themed Heroes, Gods and Stars. Ball co-chairs Kelley and Stephen Lubanko and Leigh and Reggie Smith and the Ballet Ball Committee welcomed nearly 75 guests. Décor provided a sneak peek of the Grecian and mythical inspiration to come at the Ballet Ball, and party goers enjoyed Greek-inspired hors d’ouerves. Guests were encouraged to donate wine in support of the Ballet Ball Wine Cellar. The Ballet Ball will take place Feb. 9 at the Houston Ballet Center for Dance. See houstonballet.org.
