Bon temps on the bayou
The weather was chilly, but it didn’t stop the 200 party-goers from letting the good times roll for the Bayou Preservation Association’s Bon Temps on the Bayou, at the Memorial home of Cecily and Rick Burleson. The annual fundraiser is held each year at a beautiful home on a bayou and supports the Bayou Preservation Association’s mission to celebrate, protect and restore Houston-area bayous and streams. Guests, many donning Mardi Gras attire, enjoyed a dinner of New Orleans-style cuisine. Bella Donna Dance provided can-can performances, Gypsy Dance Theatre provided music, and Mr. Cirq awed guests with juggling and magic tricks.
