Yorkshire Academy’s fifth graders

Yorkshire Academy’s fifth graders sponsored a school-wide pajama drive to benefit Casa de Esperanza’s foster care program. More than 300 pairs of pajamas, from toddler to adult sizes, were collected. The students delivered them to Casa de Esperanza’s House of Hope for Children. The project was such a success that Yorkshire is going to make this an annual event. Pictured are (from left) Jayden Goel, Farah Alarifi, Sarah Cantu, Andy Dieu, Katri Lehtonen, Sameer Aggarwal, Hayden Harvey, Audrey Lee, Taylor Jones (holding sign), Matthew Presley, Parker Jones, Elizabeth Wilson, Mosope Iyi-Ojo, Carson Wiesenborn, Justin Park, Tanner Nyveen, Comyar Dehlavi and Nathen Chesters.
