The Lamar Women’s Lacrosse Team (LWLAX) kicked off the spring season with the return of varsity coach Kristen Marchese and new JV coach Myleka Booze. After winning the championship at the Burning Flower tournament in December and playing in the Aggieland Classic in College Station in January, LWLAX players are excited for a new season. Home games this month are March 7 and March 28, both at South Campus Sports Complex. The team is made up of girls from multiple high schools including Lamar, DeBakey, Carnegie Vanguard, The Tenney School and East Early College high schools.
