Power of philanthropy
Approximately 850 women filled the Westin Galleria Grand Ballroom for the Jewish Federation of Greater Houston’s annual Collage luncheon, which celebrates the power of women’s philanthropy. Lisa Aaronson and Sherrie Eisenman co-chaired the event, which raised funds for the Jewish Federation’s 2019 Annual Campaign supporting the Jewish community in Houston, Israel and around the world. Collage is the largest annual gathering of Jewish women in Houston. The featured speaker was Jill Kargman, star of Bravo TV’s Odd Mom Out and author of Momzilla and Sprinkle Glitter on My Grave. The luncheon featured a moving tribute to the 11 lives lost in the attack on the Tree of Life Synagogue in Pittsburgh.
