Anne Frank musical
The Houston Chamber Choir is teaming up with the Holocaust Museum Houston to present Annelies: The Diary of Anne Frank, a musical work by British composer James Whitbourn, with concerts on Sept. 21, 7:30 p.m., and Sept. 22, 2 and 5 p.m. Annelies is the inaugural production for The Mady and Ken Kades Stage inside the Albert and Ethel Herzstein Theater at the newly expanded Holocaust Museum Houston. A concert and cocktail pre-reception with the composer and benefactors Mady and Ken Kades (pictured) will kick off the weekend on Sept. 21 starting at 6:30 p.m. See houstonchamberchoir.org or hmh.org for tickets.
