While still in the parking area at City ArtWorks, guests began the fun by witnessing art cars designed by Sue Shefman and Randy Blair, chef extraordinaire and art car owner. Randy  prepared the menu and taught the guests how to prepare his recipes. As they sampled the various yummies and various wines, Vena Ashley drove in her Chalkstang art car in time for guest to draw on it. The private party raised $2,000 for the afterschool art organization’s general fund. In the fun crowd were Patsy Andrews, Barbara Hammer, Martee Fuerst, Toni Meason, Sherry Barker, Pat Cummings, Padma Iyer and Carol Mahoney.
