I wouldn’t be lying if I told you that Lyon, France, was known for its food, in addition to natural beauty, surrounded by an abundance of natural ingredients that grow seasonally. And that is why Trevor Green and Haley Urquhart wanted to share the experience. And who doesn’t want to go to Paris, where they started their journey where they walked 20,000 steps a day? They scored a dinner reservation at a double Michelin star restaurant, La Mère Brazier, for an unforgettable dining experience. There were many ah-ha dishes that melted in their mouth, but the greatest of all was veal sweetbreads, Grenobloise style.
