HAPPY HOUR BOOK-CLUB Local author Judithe Little, who wrote Wickwythe Hall, led a lively discussion. Pictured are (from left) Judy Perkins, author Judithe Little, Gena Rebman and Jan Arrington.

The Houston Junior Forum Book Club meets monthly and is for members only, except for a special once-a-year happy hour that includes members’ partners, too. This recent happy hour was hosted by Judy and Dick Perkins. The group read Wickwythe Hall, a historical fiction novel about three people whose lives intersect in France during Hitler’s invasion in WWII, written by local author Judithe Little. Jan Arrington introduced Little and moderated a lively question and answer session. Pictured are (from left) Gena Rebman, Judy Perkins, Judithe Little and Jan Arrington.
