Wilchester Elementary fourth graders head to the field to play with their SBMSA 7-on-7 football team. Henry Nogueira, Westin Sharp, Lane Luton, Jay Squillante, Wyatt Robertson, Tommy Amis, Will Long, Parker Garin, Qyone Harris and Jackson Dieringer (pictured, from left) arrived with water bottles and face coverings to stay safe. As one team of 30 across three age groups, the boys participated in the league’s relaxed, developmental, summer program aimed at getting the players ready for the fall season. The summer was a success, and the boys now participate in the league’s fall season with a great turnout of kids and coaches who are committed to following health guidelines to make sure everyone can play safely.
