Harpo

Hello! My name is Harpo Harris. I am 7 years old, and my mommy says I’m so smart that I’m going into second grade. I love everyone I meet and make sure each person gets to pet me. If my mommy stops petting me I slap her gently with my paw. I am a certified animal-assisted therapy pet. As a member of two different groups, I get to visit Texas Children’s Hospital and MD Anderson, where I perform amazing tricks to children in each room we visit. I also visit very nice seniors in assisted-living homes. I usually elicit lots of smiles and “oohs” and “aahs” when people touch my soft fur. Do you know people even stop their cars on the street to yell, “That’s sure a beautiful dog!” I’m sure something, huh? I hope I get to meet you.
