The award-winning Stratford Playhouse will present the musical Nunsense Jan. 29-Feb. 6 under the direction of Alyssa Davidson. Nunsense is a hilarious talent show staged by five survivors at the Little Sisters of the Hoboken nunnery. After months without live theater performances at Stratford, the cast and crew are especially excited to open Nunsense. The season’s opening show will be performed away from home at The Queensbury Theatre, as the new Stratford auditorium is under construction through 2021. Pictured (from left) are Maddy Fields (“Sister Mary Leo”), Clara Creed (“Sister Marty Amnesia”), Emma Painter (“Reverend Mother”), Reese Leif (“Sister Mary Hubert”) and Kerri Whitton (“Sister Robert Anne”). Tickets are $25; see
