Supporters of The Women’s Home raised more than $573,000 with a virtual brunch event “There’s No Place Like Home for the Holidays.” Elizabeth Stein, Emily Crosswell, Melissa Garlington, Lesha Elsenbrook, Ruth Pulido, Ellie Francisco, Tricia Georgiou, Mignon Heizer, Trish Hayes, Cissy Colucci, Jane Parker, Diane Riley, and Becky Rush enjoyed a delicious brunch at Diane Riley's home. At the same time, additional groups of supporters gathered in small numbers at other homes for the same brunch prepared by Houston’s own James Beard Award-winning chef, Chris Shepherd. The program included a virtual presentation with words from event chair Diane Riley, The Women’s Home CEO Anna Coffey, and Chef Shepherd, along with inspirational testimonials and the presentation of the Lifetime Achievement Award to board member and longtime supporter Jim Drew.
