Backyard happy hour

When Erin and Mike Lunceford (pictured, from left) decided their backyard fence needed to be replaced, they turned it into a shared bar with next-door neighbors Kendra and Dick Rozic. Erin was inspired by a post she saw on Pinterest, and after pitching the idea to the neighbors, the contractors got to work. The couples can now enjoy al-fresco happy hour across the newly constructed bar while sitting on bar stools in their own back yards. The Luncefords are no strangers to home renovation, as they completely remodeled their Braes Heights home, but this project was definitely more fun. Erin and Kendra were friends before they became neighbors, after meeting in a half-marathon running group a few years ago.
