A thank you to officers

The Tanglewood Garden Club (TGC) provided officers of the Tanglewood Patrol with gift cards for Academy Sports + Outdoors. TGC president Jeanie Sweet presented Sgt. Jeff Headley (pictured, from left), head of Tanglewood Patrol, with gift cards for each officer, totaling $4,000. TGC in-person meetings and social events have been canceled, and the members wanted to take the time to do something special for the officers who provide round-the-clock services to the neighborhood. Sgt. Headley and the officers, who are off-duty Houston police officers, appreciated the gifts and the ongoing support.
