Happy Friday! Check out these exciting events happening this Easter weekend. 

Gospel at the George: An Easter Celebration with John-Mark McGaha and Piper Jones
John-Mark McGaha and Piper Jones, recording artists and friends of A.D. Players, along with a band and gospel choir, will perform gospel hits and classic hymns in celebration of Easter. Stream the concert to your home this Easter weekend!

A Bach Easter
Visit Jones Hall or stream the concert to your home. This uplifting Easter-weekend program will be conducted by Jane Glover and feature internationally renowned vocalists Yulia Van Doren and Elizabeth DeShong. 

It’s Bunny Photo Time!
Hop on over to the Galleria for socially-distanced bunny photos on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday! Reservations are strongly encouraged. Guests are required to wear masks.

Rice Village Farmers Market
The upcoming Rice Village Farmers Market has something for every age this Sunday! The Easter Bunny will be dropping by to get some fresh carrots from the market and stay to take photos with kids from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. There will also be scavenger hunt through the market. The West U School of Rock performs from 10 a.m.-11 a.m. And Chef Sasha Grumman, who will be on this upcoming season of Top Chef, will be sharing her skills with Rice Village.

Easter Egg Trail
Come to the main lawn at Evelyn’s Park on Saturday morning for family Easter baskets, crafts and games. This event is presented by West U Baptist and Crosspoint Church.

Public Piano Play
Come out and enjoy the outdoor solar-powered piano on Friday at Levy Park. This event is fun and free for all to practice their skills!

All Access Art Market at Finn Hall
Support local artists at the All Access Art Market at Finn Hall on Friday evening. The community is invited to view and shop for beautiful, unique pieces of art from more than 25 local creatives, while also enjoying the diverse dining options and cocktail lounge at Finn Hall.

Houston Cougars vs. Baylor Bears
Tune in on Saturday at 4:14 p.m. to watch our Houston Cougars face the Baylor Bears in the NCAA March Madness tournament. Watch the game on CBS.
