Layla, age 1

Hi. My name is Layla, and I turned 1 in April. I am one of the pups from the "Easter litter" born at Lone Star Springers. We were all given fun springtime names to go by until our forever families picked us up on #gotchaday. I was Lily, and a few of my siblings were Bunny, Cross, Cadbury, Peep, and Jelly Bean. I am so loved by my owner, Zach. With the crazy year of "work from home," I really got to know him and spend a lot of time with him. I love "zoomies," which is what he calls it when I run in circles and figure 8s in the yard. I get to take long walks in Memorial and enjoy meeting new friends when I visit Zach's mom and dad. I always enjoy going back home and playing with my best friend, Magnolia, the cutest little dachshund in town.
