Claire and Charlotte Marshall (pictured, from left) had a great season with the Bellaire Barracudas swim team. This was the first year for the Horn Elementary third graders to participate with the neighborhood team, and they enjoyed competing against other swimmers, earning ribbons at meets, and the fact that the team swimsuit is a fashionable shade of purple. The 2021 season looked different from most seasons, and the Barracudas did not compete against other teams in the league. Instead, they divided into the purple team and the blue team and held in-house meets. After a canceled 2020 season, the Barracudas were thrilled to be back in the pool.
