Bagel fan Rachel Teichman has baked up a flavorful new children’s book, B is for Bagel. It all started with just-for-fun photos of bagels on her Instagram, which turned into a colorful way to learn the alphabet. The book highlights everything from asiago to za’atar with lox and x-tra schmear in between. Author Rachel Teichman has participated in book-signing and story-time events at The Bagel Shop and local bookstores. Her current favorite bagel is whole-wheat with strawberry cream cheese.
