Horn Elementary helps out

Members of Horn Elementary School's National Elementary Honor Society spent a day volunteering at the Houston Food Bank. The students measured and packaged 2,672 bags of rice, which provided almost 4,500 meals. They also sanitized and sorted canned food and personal-hygiene donations to be distributed to the food bank’s community partners.
