Bellaire Citizen’s Police Academy

Bellaire Citizen’s Police Academy

Bellaire Police Department graduated its inaugural class of the Bellaire Citizen’s Police Academy. The Academy is a free, 8-week community-oriented police program created for the citizens of Bellaire and others who work in the Bellaire area, aimed at introducing participants to all aspects of law enforcement. Students met the men and women of the BPD, learned how the police department operates, and had the opportunity to voice their thoughts to police officers. Pictured (from left) are Officer Steven Deliphose, Officer Travis Younger, Community Outreach Officer Chase Liccketto, Rebecca Phillips, Trisha Pollard, Randy Underwood, Michael Hoffman, Scott Chase, Andrea Ehlers, Rick Peters, Jack Krohn, Arlene Dooley, Joyce Gigout, Captain Tony Hefferin, and Chief Onesimo Lopez. For more information on future police-academy classes, contact Officer Chase Liccketto at 713-662-8296 or by email [email protected].
