Jed Howard and Ian Elfman (pictured, from left) from Memorial Drive Presbyterian Church Boy Scout Troop 642 were awarded the highest rank of Eagle Scout. Jed, a Memorial High School sophomore, designed, coordinated, and constructed 12 sets of cornhole and 12 sets of washers for Northbrook Middle School and Memorial Middle School. Ian, a junior at Strake Jesuit College Preparatory, designed, constructed, and assembled a sturdy outdoor adult swing to replace an old broken tire swing for Summerhouse Houston.
