The Bellaire Culture & Arts Board hosts the Bellaire Arts & Crafts Festival on Nov. 11, from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at Paseo Park, free to the public. Board members Kristi Coffey, Gay Mayeux, and Sneha Bhavsar (pictured, from left) are preparing for the festival that will feature a mix of original artwork and unique, homemade crafts items for sale to the community. Parking will be available at Condit Elementary School, Bellaire Water Tower Lot, and Fifth Street near Bellaire Recreation Center. See bellairetx.gov/1744/Bellaire-Arts-Crafts-Festival.
