A group of fourth-grade tackle football friends from the Spring Branch-Memorial Sports Association team the Longhorns met up at Stratford High School’s Tully stadium for SBMSA spirit night. Spirit night is a fun night where the football players get to take the field with the high school players and experience a game with their team. Pictured (from left) are Longhorn players Gray Casey, Henry Geggatt, Jacob Bagley, Hayes Brown, Brooks Vanderslice, Austin Reichenau, Connor Oatman (kneeling), Jaxon Rudolph (kneeling), Campbell Stephens, Benjamin Canfield, Harris Rondon, and Matthew Foss. They started their season strong with two wins in their first games, with a score of 34-14 in their pre-season game, 26-6 for game one and 38-6 for game two. The Longhorns’ coaches are Todd Foss, Marc Ferrandino, Justin Reichenau, Chris Geggatt, and Dave Stephens.
