Party on Laurel Street

The 4600 block of Laurel Street, and adjacent streets, held a block party to welcome new neighbors and reunite longtime neighbors. Bellaire Mayor Pro Tem Win Frazier and City Manager Sharon Citino and her husband joined the fun that included potluck favorites brought by residents along with catering from Los Tios. Neighbors arrived with tables, chairs, ice chests, cups, tablecloths, and name tags to catch up with old friends and enjoy camaraderie on the street. After the successful event, neighbors pledged to make this an annual tradition.
