Year of the dragon

Students, faculty, and staff at Rummel Creek Elementary (RCE) celebrated Lunar New Year and welcomed the Year of the Dragon. As students entered the front doors of the school, they were greeted by the bright, colorful display to commemorate the new year and had a chance to learn about the holiday. Parents on the school’s international committee put together the festive decorations, with the help of a talented dragon artist, aiming to help students share their stories and heritages with others.
