A group of eighth grade boys and moms (pictured) celebrated the end of their years at St. Mark’s Episcopal School with a trip to Florida. Fifteen mother-son duos hit the beach for a last hurrah before they scatter to various high schools in the fall. Many of the families have been at St. Mark’s for more than 10 years. Headmaster Garhett Wagers wrote the boys a note about the gentlemen they are becoming, which was the perfect wrap-up to their time as students at the school. Pictured are (top row, from left): Sidney Hatfield, Luke Killian, Leigh Killian, Lukas Metzen, and Sara Ruppelt; (middle row, from left): Sam Friedberg, Jennifer Friedberg, Allyson Cunius, Kyle Cunius, Hudson Herr, Bryson Blasingame, Timothy Davidson, Anna Davidson, Starlee Sykes, Emily Spalding, Roxy Evans, Kirti Saxena, and Krish Saxena; (bottom row, from left): Beth Hatfield, Cathy Herr, Kristy Burt, Maria Villamil, Martin Villamil, Cade Waligura, Walker Evans, Ben Spalding, Jude Calarge, and Lilian Dindo-Calarge.
