Happy Friday! There are tons of fun events happening around town this weekend. Some highlights include:

Located in Town Green Park and along The Woodlands Waterway, the Woodland Waterway Arts Festival has been named "Best Event in the Woodlands" for 13 years running.

Head to the 20th Annual Woodlands Waterway Arts Festival this weekend for incredible art, food, and more. Organized by the local arts nonprofit, The Woodlands Arts Council, the festival's proceeds will directly support local microgrant initiatives and student art scholarship programs. This dynamic outdoor art exhibition features original fine artworks across 12 mediums, showcased by 200 jury-selected artists. The festival offers a variety of family-friendly activities, including live performances on the Stella Artois Mainstage and two additional stages, Books On The Green focusing on literary arts, and children’s art activities at Artopoly in partnership with The Woodlands Children’s Museum. Attendees can enjoy local food, craft beer, and fine wines.

The fourth annual The City Market takes place at POST Houston, featuring great shopping for a great cause. All proceeds from this event will support the Houston Junior Forum's College Scholarship Program and Community Grants Program.

For its 38th year, the iconic Houston Art Car Parade will roll through downtown, with 350+ creative, colorful vehicles delighting nearly 400,000 spectators. The parade kicks off on Allen Parkway at the I-45 overpass, loops around City Hall, and heads back out along Allen Parkway. The event is free to attend, with fans encouraged to arrive early to enjoy beverage and merchandise stations at the Lineup Party, plus food trucks, the HEB Kid Zone, entertainment, and more.
Love Street Music & Arts Festival

Feel the love at Karbach's Love Street Music & Arts Festival featuring Wilderado with special performances by Moon Taxi and Alex Lambert. Plus, an incredible group of local artists will be onsite, plus a unique live art installation. All ages are welcome.

The Houston Botanic Garden presents Flower Power, a new spring festival, on Sunday. Enjoy a day of flower-focused family fun and an afternoon concert from Houston-based Beatles and '60s music tribute band The Fab 5. Stevie the Photo Bus, a vintage VW with a built-in photo booth, will be on-site from 9 a.m.-1 p.m., for groovy photo ops. Enjoy a Family Fun Zone with floral-themed and tie-dye crafts; shop a festive market featuring local artists and vendors; buy selected plants from the Garden; and snap plenty of beautiful photos with colorful blooms. Attendees are encouraged to wear their favorite floral prints and/or hip '60s attire. Concessions, including adult beverages, will be available for purchase. General seating for The Fab 5 performance is first-come, first-served; bring your own lawn chairs.
