Henshaw House at Nature Discovery Center (NDC) marked its 100th birthday with a centennial celebration filled with refreshments, music, and games. The historic Henshaw House serves at NDC’s headquarters and indoor program space, and the birthday bash raised nearly $20,000 to support nature education efforts. During the party, Bellaire Mayor Pro Tem Win Frazier presented an official proclamation to NDC board president Jayne Johnston.
