Coming soon: Enchanted Woods

Tom and Marybeth Flaherty and Meredith and David Symonds hosted an Enchanting Good Time at Evelyn’s Park to support the Nature Discovery Center’s Enchanted Woods capital campaign. Neighbors and community members gathered to learn about the fundraising efforts for a new nature play place, Enchanted Woods. Nature Discovery Center past board member Marybeth Flaherty and current board member Meredith Symonds are working with the campaign to transform the southeast corner of the center into a nature-based adventure playground where logs, gardens, tunnels, and towers will replace conventional plastic slides and swings.
