Making waves

The Bellaire Barracudas swim team made a splash at the Southwest Aquatic League Championship swim meet, taking first place in the 7-8 boys freestyle relay. Pictured (from left) are Felix Wong, James Knudsen, Jackson Thorp, and Spencer Welch. The boys powered through the competition, earning gold in an exciting final race. The win capped off a season of hard work for the swimmers. Families and teammates packed the stands at Willow Pool, cheering loudly as the relay team touched the wall for the victory. The strong showing at finals was a fun way to wrap up another memorable season in the pool.
