Former Frostwood tiger moms

Amy Williamson, Nancy Barclay, Carol Brejot, Suzi Kieval, Toni Harper, Ann Booth, and Dorothy Thompson (pictured, from left) got together at Nancy’s home for desserts, fun conversation, and reminiscing about the days their kids attended Frostwood Elementary, home of the Tigers. Each tiger mom had a child who graduated from Frostwood in 2000 and from Memorial High School in 2007, and the moms have remained close long after their tiger cubs left the elementary school. Nancy hosted the group and everyone enjoyed sweet treats, chocolate-espresso dessert wine, and fun party favors that were gifts fitting of “women of a certain age.” Hot topics of discussion included updates on spouses, kids, and grandkids, and assurances that any aches, pains, and health issues were minor. Each guest brought nonperishable food items that Nancy later delivered as donations to the Fair Haven Food Pantry.
