2022 Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure
Susan G. Komen, the world’s leading breast cancer organization, will hold its Houston Race for the Cure on Saturday, Oct. 1. Proceeds from the Race will raise critical funds that support breast cancer patients and advance research that brings us closer to the cures.
Race Day Schedule:
Race Day Registration & Packet Pick Up opens at 6 a.m.
Opening Ceremony begins at 7:45 a.m.
Race begins at 8 a.m. CT
Post-Race Celebration in Sam Houston Park begins at 9:30 a.m.
Participants can expect the following:
Water, bananas and granola bars from Kroger Food Stores
Post-Race Celebration in Sam Houston Park, a place for participants, survivors and those living with metastatic breast cancer (MBC) to gather and celebrate
IHOP serving complimentary breakfast to all Race participants
Hope Village for Survivors and those living with metastatic breast cancer
Kids Corral with local mascots family fun activities.
