The MusicFest is produced by the Willow Waterhole Greenway Conservancy (WWGC), the non-profit, community-based steward for the Willow Waterhole Greenway, part of Project Brays, a comprehensive program combining the expertise of the Harris County Flood Control District and the US Army Corps of Engineers. The project combines flood control through a $75 million series of detention lakes and the development of the 291-acre park into a naturally beautiful greenspace.
