Jesse Katz and Tony Vallone will be hosting an exclusive wine dinner at 7 p.m. on Friday, January 24, at Tony’s. The wine selection for this event includes single-vineyard collectibles, back vintage magnums and Devil Proof Vintage select wines. Each wine will be paired with a dish from an intriguing five-course menu developed by Tony’s. The menu includes Charred Maple Hamachi, Maine Lobster Stuffed Paccheri, Delft Blue Veal Cheeks, Colorado Rack of Lamb, and serving Tiramisu Crespelle for dessert.
Jesse Katz has been named the first winemaker on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list, as well as one of 40 Under 40 Tastemakers on Wine Enthusiast. Katz's love of wine originates from early trips to vineyards and wineries with his father, Andy Katz, who provides the photography featured on the Aperture wine labels.
