Market Square Park in Downtown Houston hosts its annual Bayou Jamboree and Crawfish Boil on Saturday, May 19, from 3 to 7 p.m. The New Orleans style band Bayou Roux will headline an afternoon of live music, with an opening set by the high energy NOLA Hustlers Brass Band.
