Be Well, A Wellness Experience

Join for this free, community wellness event, "Be Well," which will take place Sat., April 28, 11 a.m.--3 p.m. in the parking lot of Briargrove Pharmacy & Gifts. "Be Well" is sponsored by Muscle Maker Grill Houston.

Participants will have the opportunity to interact with local physicians and wellness experts. Sample healthy bites from Muscle Maker Grill and try and buy local juices, Kombucha, honey and other yummy bites. Explore a 22-foot-long inflatable, interactive heart. The heart is not only a fun experience but it's labeled inside and out for participants to learn as they go. There is something for the whole family including health screenings, fitness fun and door prizes.

There will also be a blood drive with the Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center during the event. Sign up to save a life here.
