Chris Shepherd will host Rome-based culinary guide, cookbook author and chef Katie Parla at Stages for the second interview in his limited-time interview series, "Chris Shepherd's Table to Stage.". Katie is back in Texas on her nationwide book tour for her latest cookbook, Food of the Italian Islands, and is excited to sit down with Houston’s own “Wine Guy” to talk all things Italy, wine, expat life, writing travel guides and cookbooks and of course—good food!
