The Day We Walked on the Moon Screening at The Health Museum
The Health Museum will join the Smithsonian Channel and other Smithsonian Affiliate institutions across the country to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the first humans landing on the Moon as part of NASA's Apollo 11 lunar mission with the screening of the film "The Day We Walked on The Moon" on Saturday, July 20, 2019, at 3 p.m. The film screening will be followed by an exciting Health, Moon and Beyond panel featuring two former NASA astronauts and other experts from Baylor College of Medicine's Translational Research Institute for Space Health (TRISH) and Center for Space Medicine.
Entrance to the film screening and panel will be included with the regular price of admission for The Health Museum. Additional screenings of the film will also be available:
- Saturday, July 20, 2019, at 10:00 a.m.
- Saturday, July 20, 2019 at 3:00 p.m.
- Followed by expert panel
- Sunday, July 21, 2019 at 2:00 p.m.
- Thursday, July 25, 2019 at 5:45 p.m.
