Flights of Fancy

The 2018 Flights of Fancy Gala supports the mission of the Lone Star Flight Museum and its education programs. Join May, 5 2018 in the Waltrip Hangar for the 2018 Texas Aviation Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony, dinner and dancing amongst a collection of vintage aircraft. 

This festive event presents a unique opportunity to mix and mingle among aviation legends and rare aircraft. At the VIP reception, donors of $750 or more will enjoy photo opportunities with Hall of Fame members and the Museum’s historic airplanes.  An elegant, seated dinner and a brief program will follow. The evening will end with music and dancing, along with the opportunity to explore the museum’s exciting new exhibits and attractions.

At the beginning of the evening, guests will be given a “Passport” to take you on an experiential tour of the Museum. Travel to the different areas of the Museum and get your passport stamped. Collect all the stamps to enter your passport into a drawing for a special surprise at the end of the evening.
