Full Moon Fest

The City of West University Place Parks and Recreation Department is excited to welcome back the Full Moon Fest celebration to Colonial Park Pavilion on Friday, October 22nd at 5:30 p.m., which is sure to be an evening of fun for the whole family! 

Activities will include open-air bounce houses, face paintings, activity booths, and a real pumpkin patch where you can pick a pumpkin to take home! In addition, there will be a costume contest so make sure the whole family comes in their spookiest attire. Registration for the costume contest is complimentary and will be judged by the following age categories; 3 and under, 4-6, 7-10, 11-14. Registration is for West U Residents only. Space is limited and pre-registration is required. Registration closes Friday, October 15th and will not be accepted onsite. 

Along with all of the spooktacular activities happening that evening, as part of the Tree City USA program, the City will be holding its annual Arbor Day Celebration in conjunction with the Full Moon Fest! Residents will be able to take home one complimentary tree per household. 

As the evening winds down, the festivities will conclude with a showing of the featured film The Croods – A New Age (PG) at 7:00 p.m.
