FUNomenal Family Festival presented by UnitedHealthcare

FUNomenal Family Festival celebrates the kid in all of us for an entire day of surprises and FREE entertainment. Mark you calendars now for FUNomenal Family Festival presented byUnitedHealthcare to return to Discovery Green on March 7, 2015 at 11 a.m.-6 p.m. (RAIN or SHINE). 

This year, the family fest will feature music by DJ Ill-Set, 11 year-old DJs Lalanni and Heaven-Lee, 12 year-old DJ Deija on the Jones Lawn, and on the Anheuser-Busch Stage there will be dance performances throughout the day by ADC Studios of Houston, a family Zumba session with Houston's Latin beauty Cynthia Piña, a performance by Workshop Houston's very own Brianna "Bri" Burns, and Houston's own Summer Street will rock the stage at 5 pm. Baby Olympics
Kids of all ages, and their parents can participate in the Baby Olympics for free beginning at noon on Saturday! The Olympics will feature events ranging from a crawling race for the 6-9 month lil' ones to the Rock & Roll race for children of 2-5 years of age. Registration will take place on-site at Discovery Green from 11 - 11:50 am, space is limited, so be sure to arrive early!Opening and Closing Ceremony performances by the OMGies and Omega of ADC Studios of Houston. 
Categories include: 

6-9 month Crawling Race
10-13 month Crawling Race
Daddy's Little Princess (ages 3-5)
Mommy's Little Sport (ages 3-5)
Rock & Roll race (ages 2-5) 

The three participants with the best over all times in each category will receive a gold, silver or bronze medal and other great prizes! Click here more details about Baby Olympics. You can download the entry form and bring it already completed, or fill it out on-site.

In addition to Baby Olympics, families can have a blast in the one of three foam parties for kids of different ages, roll around in water balls and bounce in the QuadJumper. Houston Party will also bring exciting rides for the kids including Meltdown, King of the Mountain, Rockwall, Wrecking Ball Carnival Ride, Football Obstacle Course, Dixie Twister Swing and Tubs of Fun.  We would also like to thank Lone Star Parties.
