GiGi’s Fest 5K Fun Run & Walk

GiGi’s Playhouse Sugar Land Down Syndrome Achievement Center will host the 2018 GiGi’s Fest 5K Fun Run & Walk which includes a 1-mile walk and Dash for Down syndrome at Brazos River Park on Saturday, June 9, 2018. The event will include local entertainers, delicious food vendors, a DJ, raffle prizes, team awards and more. 

While the course is officially certified for experienced runners, this family-friendly event is also a “fun run and walk” where people of all ages and abilities are encouraged to participate. Youth activities will include face painting, inflatables, a visit from local fire fighters and the Skeeter’s mascot, Swatson, and more.

Individual and team donations along with all sponsorships will fund educational, therapeutic and career training programs at GiGi’s Playhouse. All programs are 100 percent free to Playhouse families.
