Houston Art Car Parade

On April 11, nearly 300 jaw-dropping cars, bikes, skaters, and motorized creatures will roll down Allen Parkway, from Waugh Drive to Bagby, and blow the minds of 300,000 spectators. There's a full day of events leading up to it - make sure you get there early!

Rain or shine, the parade will roll! The Starting Line Party opens to the public at 10 a.m. Head down to Taft & Allen Parkway and get your day started in the company of thousands of Houston Art Car Parade participants including impromptu dance parties, music, wild costumes, and a lot of laughs! Then, head to the Free Press Houston Stage for great, live music! 

The parade usually takes place from 2-4 p.m.
