Houston Methodist Turkey Trot

The Houston Methodist Turkey Trot includes a 10K Run/Walk, 5K Run/Walk, Virtual, and a Kids Run for ages 12 and under. Get your steps in before the Thanksgiving Day feast.  

Your favorite Thanksgiving Day running tradition is back. Each year, thousands of people gather in Uptown Houston where The Galleria is for this event, from experienced runners to those just starting out, as well as families and friends who have made this an annual Thanksgiving tradition. Multiple race types are available, including a 10K Run/Walk, 5K Run/Walk, Virtual, and a Kids Run for ages 12 and under. Registration dollars go to production costs of the event and donations go directly to charity partner, Be An Angel.

Event day schedule:
Registration opens at 6 a.m.
10K Starts at 7:30 a.m.
5K Starts at 8 a.m.
Kids Race starts at 9 a.m.
Post Race Party is from 7:45-10 a.m.
