Independence Day Parade & Fireworks Celebration in Galveston

The Parade, sponsored by the Marine Corps League, will begin at 7:00 PM on Seawall Blvd at 59th Street and proceed east to 27th Street, with fireworks to follow at 37th and Seawall. Seawall Blvd is not anticipated to be closed until approximately 6:00 PM (but may close earlier if deemed necessary for public safety). Traffic will be detoured westbound at 23rd St (due to construction on 25 St) and eastbound at 61st St and Seawall Blvd. The parade will line-up at 5:30 PM on 59th St between Seawall Blvd and Avenue T 1/2.
