Kidpendence Day Party

Families can celebrate the Fourth of July with a fun day at the Children's Museum, including a confetti dance party.

Children's Museum Houston is putting the “YAY!” in USA with a star-spangled celebration that’s bursting with wonder, wow-factors, and red-white-and-BOOM-level fun! Little patriots can high-five heroes, blast off with explosive science, and dance under a confetti sky! 

• Lady Liberty and Captain America-Inspired and Meet-and-Greet:  Strike a pose with two American icons as they roam the Museum spreading stars, stripes, and superhero vibes!
• Captain America-Inspired Story Time: Tune in for heroic tales about bravery and justice. 
•  Kidpendence Science Show: Featuring fiery lycopodium, elephant toothpaste eruptions, a Mentos geyser salute, and our red, white and blue liquid nitrogen finale!
• Kidpendence Confetti Dance Party: Dance your stars off during our red, white, and boogie.
• Story Time with Lady Liberty: Listen to inspiring stories of strength and freedom.
