Memorial Day in The Woodlands

Memorial Day in The Woodlands pays tribute to all military service men and women who lost their lives while serving the United States, and also honors all veterans who serve as a symbol for those who paid the ultimate sacrifice of life to protect our freedom.

Celebrate the official start to summer at the annual Memorial Day event in The Woodlands! The Sunday event pays tribute to all military service men and women who lost their lives while serving the United States. The festival features live music, children’s activities, strolling entertainers, and more at Town Green Park. The evening concludes with a dazzling fireworks extravaganza display* choreographed to a patriotic soundtrack. Concessions will be available for purchase.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
5:00 p.m. - Welcome and National Anthem
5:10 p.m. - Live Music by Walkin' the Line (A Tribute to Johnny Cash)
6:30 p.m. - Keynote Speaker TBD
7:15 p.m. - Live Music by Yelba (Latin/Variety)
8:55 p.m. - Fireworks

Coolers, picnic baskets, blankets and lawn chairs are permitted. Glass is prohibited. Those planning to attend the event should practice social distancing, refrain from gathering in large groups and continue following all guidelines established by the CDC when in public spaces and around others outside of your household. Masks are welcomed. Please note all information is subject to change, pending local, state and federal Orders or Declarations.
